About the Host
Josef Lorenzo (they/them) is the award-winning producer/director and creative director of Sound Field. Lorenzo also served as the lead producer/director of the award-winning America From Scratch series. Lorenzo’s work on Sound Field has garnered multiple Webby and Telly Awards in 2020 and 2021. Their work on America From Scratch won a Regional Emmy® in 2018 and a Telly Award in 2019. Lorenzo’s independent films and documentaries have played in film festivals around the world.
